CONTEST RULES "BASKETBALL CHALLENGE POLAND"
§1. General Provisions
- 1.1. Organized by Sportigio Ltd. and King Wilki Szczecin Sportowa Spółka Akcyjna, based in Poland.
- 1.2. Open to legal adults from European Union countries.
- 1.3. Participation requires creating an account at bcp.sportigio.com.
- 1.4. Participants' data processed only for contact regarding prizes; deleted after the Contest.
- 1.5. Inquiries regarding personal data to iodo@sportigio.com.
§2. Contest Rules
- 2.1. The Contest includes two forms of participation: taking part in a quiz and predicting events in the matches of the Champions League available on the contest website. These matches take place on December 5 and December 6.
- 2.2. Scoring in the Contest is 3 points for each correct answer in the quiz and 10 points for each correct prediction in the Typer during matches.
- 2.3. Participants also earn points for rating the match (10 points) and joining the virtual stands (10 points) by clicking the "join the virtual stands" button on match day.
§3. Ranking and Tie-Breaking
- 3.1. The ranking of participants is created based on the total points earned from the start of the Contest (December 4, 2023) until its end (December 6, 2023, 23:59).
- 3.2. In case of a tie, knowledge about Poland and Szczecin decides, followed by the registration date – higher in the ranking will be the user registered earlier.
§4. Announcement of Winners and Contact
- 4.1. The list of winners will be announced on December 7, 2023, on the contest website.
- 4.2. Winners are required to contact the Contest Organizer via email at: contact@sportigio.com to confirm details for prize shipment.
- 4.3. In the event of no contact from the winner within 7 days of result announcement, the prize will be forfeited.
§5. Prizes
- 5.1. The winner of 1st place receives a weekend stay at a 4-star hotel in Szczecin with meals included, between January 1, 2024, and August 31, 2024. The date will be chosen by mutual agreement.
- 5.2. The winner of 2nd place receives a JBL Flip 6 speaker or equivalent, sent to the provided address.
- 5.3. The winner of 3rd place receives a King Wilki Morskie Szczecin game jersey, sent to the provided address.
§6. Final Provisions
- 6.1. Organizers reserve the right to change the rules at any time, with proper notification to participants.
- 6.2. Decisions of the Organizer in disputed matters are final and not subject to appeal.
- 6.3. This regulation comes into force upon announcement of the Contest and applies throughout its duration.
